Here are 3 simple tips to remain calm:
1) Limit yourself to how much time you watch the news and spend reading information about COVID-19.
2) Practice self-love or giving yourself the kind of love you would give to someone else. You are not alone. Reframe the way you’re thinking and turn on some music and dance as if no one is watching.
3) Reach out for help. Help is a simple email or phone call away. It is nothing to be ashamed or embarrassed about, just know that there is always help available.
